Rest & Relax
Someone once said that "rest is for the weary". I'm here to inform you that if you don't get rest, YOU WILL GET WEARY. Consistently burning the candle at both ends will get you to a certain destination real quick...burned out! Periods of rest aren't period's of idleness to be looked at negatively, but they are the most valuable gift we can give ourselves!

When you think about your life, does feeling of joy and pleasure come to mind? What about recent memories of rest and relaxation?
